22th of September 2012 / 22th of September 2014: 2 years of joy with the P1800.

When we bought my Volvo P 1800, I realized a dream.

Now, the question was to know if Reality wouldn't kill my dreams.

You know, with Vintage cars, problems may often happen.

I had to face some, such as the Brake Booster, the auxiliary air valve; the fuel filter, and the wipers which didn't always work.

I solved many of these issues, it was not easy, but I never lost my faith in the car. At the contrary!

I already drove 16 000 Kilometers with it, in two years, which is far from being bad!

The pleasure was and still is much more important than the pain and th problems.

From Amsterdam to Croatia, we travelled in so many delicious places.

Of course, there is more comfortable, there is a safer way to go from an A point to a B point, but if you really want to discover or redisclver the true meaning of traveling, a vintage car is hard to beat.

This Volvo is a jewel. And last but not least, it was a dream shared by the whole family.

While, with watches, our pleasure is more... Selfish!

To many more thousands of kilometers and years!
